Menu Plan: September 6 - 12

This is our third week of Homeschool so I am including our lunch menu for Monday through Friday only. Breakfast meals this week consist of banana bread muffins and fresh fruit, banana or blueberry pancakes (freeze ahead), cereal or oatmeal. This week we are getting some heavy rain and so we will be indoors and I have planned for some comfort food.

Here's the menu for this week:
Lunch – Left over BBQ sandwiches and pasta salad.
Dinner – Left over Chicken, Baked potato, sweet peas.

Lunch - Sub sandwiches, chips and fresh fruit.
Dinner – Chicken strips, French fries, mixed vegetables

Lunch – Cheese Enchiladas, rice and beans, sweet cornbread.
Dinner – Veggie Mac and Cheese casserole (we omitted the spicy cheese in ours), served with tater tots.


Lunch – Spaghetti and Meatballs, garden salad, garlic bread.
Dinner – Beef Stew served with sliced and butter French Bread.


Lunch - Homemade Chicken Soup with whole wheat pita bead.
Dinner – Turkey Chili served with Bacon Cheddar Chive Scones

Dinner - Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup served crackers


Dinner – Roasted Chicken, Roasted Corn, peas, Creamy mashed potatoes.
